THIS SITE PROVIDES AREAS FOR “PRIVATE MENTORING” AND A “PRIVATE JOURNAL.” THESE AREAS ARE TRULY PRIVATE, AND ARE NOT REVIEWED BY CHRONUS OR THE ORGANIZATION UNLESS THE ORGANIZATION REASONABLY BELIEVES ACCESS AND REVIEW OF SUCH AREAS AND INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT OR REDUCE HARM OR LIABILITY. Exceptions to Transfer of Personal Information

In the event Chronus sells substantially all of its assets to a third-party acquirer (or merges with such third-party), information, including your Personal Information, will likely be transferred to the acquirer if the Organization agrees to such transfer, but will continue to be protected by this policy.

Chronus may release Personal Information when it believes in good faith that the release is necessary to comply with the request of law enforcement, provided that it will first provide notice to the Organization of any such request.
