Welcome Door is a program created by Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization to provide current refugee and humanitarian-based immigrant employees in the US with additional resources.

The Welcome Door Mentorship Program is a Career Development resource specific to humanitarian-based immigrant employees holding Employment Authorization Documents. It connects these employees with experienced Amazonians (6 months+ at Amazon) of different backgrounds who can help translate their refugee and humanitarian experiences to Amazon's Peculiar Culture.
