The Amazon Circles program is a group-based mentoring track. With your permission, your personal data will be collected, processed and used in the mentoring platform for the establishment and administration of mentoring relationships. You may freely revoke your consent at any time by sending your notice of cancellation to networked-learning@amazon.com. Mentors are professionals who guide and advise members in their career paths to help them succeed. A Mentor your role is to inspire, encourage, and support their members.

Thank you for your support as a Mentor! We're excited that you're a part of the Amazon Mentoring Circles Program! We understand that your enrollment is voluntary and appreciate your time and energy. Your commitment as a Mentor helps to ensure we provide an exceptional user experience for Mentees. We can't do this without Amazonians like YOU! Enrolling as a Mentor will require you to set aside adequate time to ensure you're available when assigned a Circle. Have Fun!

Mentee

Mentees are Amazonians who want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
