Mentors are Amazonians who guide and advise mentees to grow and develop their career.  A mentor’s role is to be a confidential advisor; to ask questions, inspire and support their mentee(s).

Mentees are Amazonians who are seeking confidential guidance and advice to grow and develop their career.  A mentee will initiate and drive the relationship with the mentor, based on stated needs.
