Managers Mentor Managers; M3 is a Global Support Engineering mentorship program. The program aims to increase collaboration between SE L6 Operations Managers (mentors) and SE L5 Operations Managers (mentees). The M3 program was established to support and encourage SE L5 leaders in their career growth, provide opportunities for skill building and improve social networks across the organization. The mentorship framework revolves around demystifying the SE L6 Ops Manager role to SE L5 Managers and ensuring that SE L5 managers have access to SE L6 mentors The program is designed to help set early expectations for SE L5 managers and clarify the L6 role, a robust nomination and tracking mechanism and site-level Pipeline Coordinators to drive local adoption, visibility and reporting. Direct managers of mentees will be involved through key points during the mentoring lifecycle to ensure alignment between Sr Manager, mentor and mentee.
